We promote student success and community development by providing affordable access, through traditional and distance learning modes, to higher education and workforce training, including appropriate applied baccalaureate degrees, in our service area. To provide consultation, project management, and support services in instructional strategies, design, content creation, use of various communication modes (e.g., websites, video, audio), assessment, and technology in the development of curricula for higher educational learning.
