This role creates curricula and learning experiences across multiple modalities, including in-person, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), eLearning, and blended learning programs, to build technical expertise, soft skills, and leadership capabilities that drive performance and align with RaceTrac’s Performance Drivers, Core Values, and the RaceTrac Way.
