<p><b>Description</b></p><div style="color:rgb( 51 , 51 , 51 );font-family:'open sans' , 'helvetica';font-size:14px"><div><div><b>Senior Instructional Designer</b></div><div><b>American Credit Acceptance (ACA)</b></div><div> </div><div><b>Help shape how people learn and grow at ACA.</b></div><div>American Credit Acceptance is seeking a <b>Senior Instructional Designer</b> who enjoys building learning solutions, leading program design, and working closely with others to make them happen.</div><div>This is a <b>hands-on, highly collaborative onsite role</b>, where you’ll partner with SMEs, build learning experiences together, and see the direct impact of your work across the company.</div><div> </div><div><b>What You’ll Get to Do</b></div><div><b>Design and lead impactful learning programs</b></div><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Lead the design and development of engaging training across eLearning, instructor-led, and blended formats</li><li>Turn complex business or compliance topics into clear, learner-friendly content</li><li>Design full programs and learning paths that support associate and leader development</li><li>Partner with subject matter experts to identify needs and build meaningful learning solutions</li><li>Facilitate training sessions, especially for programs you develop</li></ul><div> </div><div><b>Help power learning through technology</b></div><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Manage and optimize ACA’s LMS to support the delivery, tracking, and maintenance of learning programs</li><li>Build and manage courses, curricula, and learning paths</li><li>Maintain system accuracy and support a strong learner experience</li><li>Create dashboards and reports to track participation and learning impact</li></ul><div> </div><div><b>Shape how learning evolves at ACA</b></div><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Partner with leaders to solve business challenges through training and development</li><li>Establish strong standards for instructional design, structure, and quality</li><li>Mentor and support other team members</li><li>Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs</li><li>Contribute to scalable processes, documentation, and best practices</li></ul><div> </div><div><b>What We’re Looking For</b></div><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>5+ years of instructional design experience in a professional or corporate environment</li><li>Strong experience creating eLearning using Articulate Storyline or similar tools</li><li>Experience designing and managing large or complex learning programs</li><li>Experience owning or leading end-to-end learning programs (not just individual courses)</li><li>Experience facilitating training in classroom or hybrid environments</li><li>Experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics</li><li>Strong organization and project management skills</li><li>Proficiency in visual design and graphic best practices, with the ability to create clean, engaging learning materials</li><li>Experience developing instructional videos or multimedia learning assets</li></ul><div><b>Preferred Experience</b></div><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Cornerstone OnDemand</li><li>Finance and/or auto lending experience</li><li>Experience designing leadership development or competency-based programs</li><li>Experience mentoring others or serving as a senior team resource</li></ul><div> </div><div><b>Why ACA</b></div><div>At ACA, we believe investing in our people drives our success.
