In this role, you will work with Management and SMEs to 1) determine appropriate learning objectives, 2) design curriculum outline and frameworks to address the learning objectives, 3) manage/oversee the course content creation by working with the respective SMEs or work with Contracts to have access to appropriate SME base to develop content, 4) facilitate/lead course events and 5) review course feedback and capture lessons learned to improve next course offering. In this role you will be empowered to tap into your creative thinking and passion for education to deliver training courses with appropriate/achievable learning objectives, while using your interpersonal and management skills to facilitate the development, execution and refinement of course offerings while highlighting the past, present and future of the directorate and enterprise.
