As part of the Learning Team, this position contributes to the creation of engaging, hands-on learning experiences across a range of focus areas, including general science, engineering, mathematics, gardening, robotics, 3D printing, coding, and e-sports. This role works closely with STEM leadership, curriculum writers, and Club Leaders to design lesson plans, activities, and cycle plans that are practical, adaptable, and aligned with program needs. The STEM Associate also supports training development and helps ensure staff are equipped with the tools and resources needed to successfully facilitate STEM programming.
