Supports the implementation of themed-curricula and instructional strategies to meet the needs of students; demonstrates, co-teaches, or observes and offers feedback to instructional staff; provides guidance on differentiating instruction, and selecting best strategies for learning; understands and can teach others how to integrate themed-based strategies in a variety of content areas. Supports the development, implementation, and coordination of innovative curriculum and instructional initiatives at selected magnet schools to increase the level of theme integration (design thinking, creative arts, STEM, advanced studies) for students, instructional staff and administration.
