Candidates with public safety industry experience (Law Enforcement, 911 Dispatch/Communications, Records, Fire, and/or EMS) who have delivered training, led instruction, or supported onboarding may be considered in lieu of a degree. The Instructional Designer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, coordination, and administration of online learning experiences within the Public Safety division of Tyler Technologies.
