This position is responsible for overall grounds, property, and building maintenance, including preventive and routine maintenance, landscaping, work orders, and preparing and maintaining amenities such as pools and common areas—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working outdoors. Maintain common areas including but not limited to wipe down handrails, power wash walkways, remove cobwebs, dust furniture, empty and clean trash cans, remove fallen yard debris, pick up garbage and dispose at appropriate disposal sight .
