Duties may include providing coverage at another school due to staff absences, assisting the maintenance department, delivering supplies, furniture, or equipment between buildings, assisting with special projects, and providing additional support where neededREPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:Plan, organize, prioritize, and perform daily custodial and building maintenance services at Page Middle School, including routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, facility preparation, and other assigned tasks necessary to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient school environment. Maintain records related to facility use, custodial schedules, inspections, playground checks, roofing concerns, inventory, equipment, preventative maintenance, and other assigned activities as requiredAssist with snow and ice removal at Page Middle School and other District facilities as needed, including availability for overtime during early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather events.
