Working under the direction of the Engineer of Record and Project Manager, the RPR provides construction observation, contract administration support, quality assurance oversight, project documentation, schedule monitoring, and compliance verification to help ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved plans, specifications, contract documents, and regulatory requirements. The Senior Resident Project Representative (RPR) serves as the Engineer's primary field representative during construction and acts as a critical liaison between the Owner, Engineer, Contractor, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
