By exhibiting superior customer services skills, emotional intelligence, and professionalism, the Intake Specialist establishes, develops, and maintains positive interactions with prospective clients, determines candidate eligibility, gathers required documentation, completes/orders a background check, facilitates logistics for transitioning, and schedules eligible candidates for the InspHire Program Orientation session. Coordinates, arranges, and transports, in company vehicle, new clients from the identified, authorized location to Abe Brown Ministries’ office, Hillsborough County Reentry Center, probation office, and/or transitional housing facility upon release.
