Directs operations to improve operational and financial performance including, but not limited to, resource utilization, performance improvement, use of technology, regulatory compliance, education and staff development, management of appropriate drug utilization, drug spend analysis, and quality improvement activities. When determining a team members base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
