The Machining Supervisor will initially manage approximately 20 CNC operators and provide coaching, training, feedback, and accountability while working closely with operations leadership. Work is performed in a machining environment around moving machinery with possible exposure to temperature and humidity changes, dust, fumes, gases, chemicals, and solvents.
