Directs and oversees the administration, implementation, oversight, and compliance of all types of employee leaves management and processing; oversees interactive discussions with employees for the purpose of requests for reasonable accommodations; monitors employee leaves and issues appropriate correspondence regarding exhaustion of leaves and associated actions to be taken.
