Key project activities include daily inspection and documentation of construction progress, monitoring contractor compliance with plans and specifications, identifying deficiencies and schedule impacts, supporting RFIs and change conditions, and producing detailed reports, while coordinating closely with the Contracting Officer's Representative and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. This role will provide full-time, on-site inspection and construction oversight services for a range of Military Construction (MILCON) and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects across multiple installations, including Buckley SFB, Greeley Air National Guard Station, Peterson Space Force Base, and Fort Carson.
