Basic Job Functions: Principal duties of the successful candidate will include but are not limited to participating in safety and housekeeping activities, assisting with process and product development, troubleshooting upset conditions, using statistical methods and data analysis to help guide decision making, leading safety, quality & efficiency improvement efforts, leading team member training efforts, and working closely with operation and maintenance teams to ensure optimal melt shop performance. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, metallurgical, or comparable engineering fieldPreferred Qualifications: Strong statistical knowledge and experience\u2022 Six sigma or similar problem-solving experience\u2022 Prior QMOS experience\u2022 Melt Shop operational experience\u2022 Understanding of AMI Smart Furnace applicationANYONE INTERESTED IN THE ABOVE POSITION MUST APPLY NO LATER THAN 11:59 PM, MST DECEMBER 31ST, 2025.
