To be considered for this position, candidates must possess an Associate's degree; hold a current national certification as a Medical Assistant (e.g., CMA (AAMA), NCCT, RMA (AMT), or CCMA (NHA)); have relevant professional experience or appropriate licensure in the content area or a closely related field; and demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, along with technical proficiency in medical software such as EHR systems and instructional technologies like Learning Management Systems (e.g., Blackboard). Skill Demonstration and Coaching: Demonstrate proper clinical procedures and provide one-on-one or group coaching to ensure students master technical skills, such as measuring vital signs, injections, collecting specimens, and assisting with minor procedures.
