This position will develop and maintain consistent approaches for tracking key performance indicators, monitoring Medical Affairs activities, identifying trends and gaps and converting data into meaningful insights that support medical strategy, tactical planning, resource allocation, congress planning, scientific communications, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to appropriately leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance analytics, workflow efficiency, insight development, and executive-ready communications, with sound judgment regarding accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and responsible use.
