You’ll lead the Business Solutions Architecture (BSA), Program Management Office (PMO), and Quality Assurance (QA) organizations — the three functions that shape how technology projects are prioritized, delivered, and trusted across Axon's critical operational and go-to-market platforms. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
