In collaboration with the Senior Director and as part of the Integrated Data Analytics management team, this leader partners with business, clinical, product, finance, and operational stakeholders to measure program effectiveness, outcomes, and ROI; develop predictive models and decision intelligence capabilities; and design data-driven tools, applications, and workflow solutions that turn insights into action. Preferred - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent health care management, business, finance, health services research, computer science, mathematics, statistics, informatics, biostatistics, nursing or other related area of health care focus.
