Serve as a primary management-level point of contact with Contracting Officers, CORs, USACE personnel, DHA representatives, facility managers, designers, medical stakeholders, and other Government representatives. Experience developing and managing project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent CPM scheduling software, including management of critical-path, design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and closeout activities.
