Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Data Solutions within the RedSail Technologies Advantage Solutions Business Unit, this role owns the clinical logic behind program eligibility, targeting, intervention, outcome, and billing measures and encodes it in governed datasets, semantic layers, dashboards, and AI agents so that every consumer of clinical program data receives the same clinically sound answer. Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for RedSail clinical programs, including adherence, medication management, immunization, manufacturer-sponsored, and value-based programs, defining eligibility, targeting criteria, interventions, outcomes, and billing events in clinically sound and measurable terms.
