Develops, analyzes, and manages budgets including preparation of annual and new-program budget requests; monitors obligations, fund transfers, and agency financial activity; oversees continuous improvement of inflows and outflows; performs regular review and approval of financial transactions, electronic funds transfer batches, retailer adjustments, and non-sufficient funds reports; and administers debt collection and reporting with the Attorney General's Office (AGO) and General Accounting Office (GAO). -Plans, manages, and submits required deliverables for the annual State Budget process, including preparation of budget issues and strategic planning proposals for OSPB submission, presentation, and approval; serves as a primary point of contact; responds to OSPB and JLBC inquiries; and prepares and submits agency requests for Capital Improvement and Building Renewal programs.
