Partnering closely with Infrastructure Engineering, Security, Endpoint Engineering, Application Owners, and Service Owners, the ServiceNow Engineer will ensure business applications, technical services, and supporting infrastructure are accurately represented within the CMDB. As the primary steward of enterprise configuration data, this individual will leverage deep ServiceNow expertise to administer and enhance the CMDB, drive Common Service Data Model (CSDM) adoption, improve data quality, optimize Discovery processes, and strengthen service relationships across the technology ecosystem.
