The Senior Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance of all building infrastructure and related company assets, supervises Facilities personnel (two custodians), manages contractors and vendors, coordinates facility improvement projects, and serves as the primary liaison with the property landlord. Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for all building systems, including HVAC, compressed air systems, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, humidification equipment, thermal chambers, and other critical infrastructure.
