Preference may be given to applicants with experience in: Public health nursing, immunization services, or vaccine-related programs Supervising, leading, mentoring, or training professional staff Vaccines for Children (VFC), IQIP, vaccine storage and handling, or provider compliance Conducting provider visits, quality assurance reviews, or regulatory/compliance activities Interpreting and applying state and federal program requirements Workload management, staff performance monitoring, and technical assistance Working collaboratively with healthcare providers, public health partners, county health departments, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include supervising and evaluating Immunization Representatives; conducting performance coaching; orienting and training new staff; managing workloads and coverage; reviewing site-visit documentation for consistency with CDC and MSDH requirements; providing technical assistance on vaccine management and provider compliance; responding to escalated provider issues; and coordinating with district leadership and county health departments.
