You will be responsible for: With the support of the engagement team, lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements with privately held companies and their owners/operators, alongside investment bankers, private equity firms and strategic corporate buyers. High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including experience working with and reconciling trial balances, and experience with pivot tables, lookup formulas, index/match formulas, etc. and writing up details of companies operations, performance drivers and trends.
