This role sits at the intersection of real estate, market research, planning, design, and development strategy-using data and insight to help answer the questions that shape projects early on: As an experienced Strategic Services Analyst, you'll lead research and advisory assignments that inform planning, design, investment, and development decisions. You'll dig into markets, demographics, economics, and development feasibility; translate that information into a clear point of view; and work alongside planners, landscape architects, designers, and clients to turn analysis into actionable strategies.
