The Analyst works with moderately complex datasets and contributes to routine and ad hoc reporting, cost model validation, overhead and indirect cost allocation, service line and procedure-level cost analysis, and documentation of decision support and cost accounting processes while continuing to build expertise in healthcare analytics and decision support systems. This role partners with senior analysts, Finance, operational leaders, Information Technology to develop reports, conduct analyses, maintain data systems, develop pro-forma income statements, and support cost accounting methodologies that inform hospital operations, patient care, service line performance, and financial planning.
