WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed indoors and outdoors and may involve varying weather conditions, extreme heat, extreme cold, elevated areas, confined spaces, noisy environments, moving machinery, electrical hazards, fumes, odors, dust, gases, poor ventilation, and other maintenance-related conditions. The Industrial Maintenance Technician performs hands-on troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, piping, fire life safety, drainage, ventilation, and facility equipment.
