Following the instruction of Maintenance Technicians, the Grounds Assistant will install plants, maintain yards and other objects (example: rock, cement, lighting, furniture, water, etc.) in external environments through irrigation, trimming, pruning, raking, mulching, application of pesticides and fertilizers, as well as other methods. PHYSCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Employee is regularly required to sit and stand for extended periods of time; use hands to finger motion, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
