Services provided include comprehensive facility operations; project management for renovations, minor construction, and major equipment repairs; engineering, construction, and operations support; custodial and grounds maintenance services; environmental, safety, and occupational health support; food services; motorpool and logistics operations; and physical and technical security services. This position is responsible for the inspection, evaluation, and maintenance oversight of bioretention ponds, rain gardens, bioswales, and related green stormwater infrastructure to ensure regulatory compliance, functional performance, and long-term sustainability.
