Oversee and manage FLT, LTL network performance, routing guides, consolidation programs, freight class optimization, and accessorial charge mitigation; manage dedicated fleet operations, spot and contract carrier pools, drop-trailer pools, and driver/capacity management to support high-volume distribution centers. Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term transportation and logistics strategy aligned with the company's $12B enterprise growth, customer service level agreements (SLAs), and sustainability goals, own the multi-hundred-million-dollar transportation annual operating budget, capital expenditures, and financial forecasting.
