Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, public administration, communications, analytics or a related field; minimum of five years working experience, developing and deploying web-based solutions to include significant professional experience in AI enablement, intelligent automation, workflow automation, digital transformation, business systems analysis, low-code development or a similar technology-focused role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Collaborate with eGovernment Services colleagues, IST leadership, cybersecurity, privacy, records management, service management, vendors and departmental stakeholders to ensure solutions are secure, accessible, governed and supportable.
