Serving as a liaison between the business and IT, this role develops a strong working knowledge of Eversource Customer data ecosystem (Customer data products, Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) availability, and how data supports day-to-day business processes) and works closely with business partners to anticipate needs and translate business questions into clear data requirements, mapping logic, and testable acceptance criteria. The role also collaborates with Domain, Solution, and Enterprise IT Architects and delivery teams to define functional and technical requirements, evaluate workflow/process improvements, explore conceptual solution design options, and play a key role throughout the application lifecycle for small and large development efforts.
