Brief Summary Description of Job: Coreslab Structures (OKLA) Inc. is in immediate need of a Project Drafter. We are seeking an AutoCad and 3D Modeler to join the Drafting department. This position requires that the modeler be experienced at creating detailed 3D models that are utilized in the design, manufacture, and erection of precast concrete structures. The modeler is responsible for coordinating the collection of data and incorporating this information into the drawings while working under the direct supervision of the Drafting Supervisor.Reports to: Drafting SupervisorQualifications:<ul><li>Vocation/Technical School Degree</li><li>Can fluently speak, read and write English</li><li>2+ years of above ground precast drafting experience</li></ul>Minimum Skills:<ul><li>Ability to read a tape measure and recognize measurements on blueprints and diagrams</li><li>Computer literacy to include basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word, internet and email</li><li>AutoCAD experience</li><li>REVIT experience (or ability to learn)</li><li>3D Modeling experience</li></ul>Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop a thorough knowledge of the sales proposal, estimate, specifications, contract documents, precast/prestress design calculations and all correspondence for the specific project.</li><li>Layout of drawings consistent with Coreslab Structures standard details and practices.</li><li>The Project Drafter should meet with the Drafting Supervisor before initiating a project to determine the method and sequence of drawing preparation applicable to the specific project.</li><li>Develop a drafting schedule designed to satisfy the primary target dates previously agreed upon with the Drafting Supervisor. Monitor and update the schedule as changes occur and report to the Drafting Supervisor. Maintain a drafting status report given to the Drafting Supervisor weekly.</li><li>Perform all drafting functions, including erection drawings, sections, connection details, hardware details, production drawings, material lists, and others as may be required to complete the project. Ensure that these drawings and lists are complete, correct and conform to production, transportation and erection department standards and practices.</li><li>Coordinate and review the work assigned to other drafters on the project.</li><li>Provide preliminary hardware details and quantities as early as possible. Issue final material lists when erection drawings are approved.</li><li>Prepare all submittal packages and transmittal letters.</li><li>Verify the validity of comments made by approver on drawings returned from submittal.</li><li>Verify checker comments, changes and corrections.</li><li>Assist the Drafting Supervisor in training new Drafters and improving the skills of junior drafters.</li><li>Develop DRFI’s (Drafting Requests for Information) and assist the Project Manager with CCM’s (Construction Coordination).</li><li>Maintain CAD file system.</li><li>Preparing clear and accurate erection drawings, section and connection details, hardware details and production drawings.</li><li>Revise drawings as noted on checked prints received from the Checker after verifying that changes are correct.</li></ul>Position Compensation:<ul><li>$19-$25/per hour and up depending on experience, education, certifications, etc.</li></ul>About Our Company:Coreslab Structures (OKLA) Inc. is the premier leader in the precast concrete manufacturing industry throughout Oklahoma, southern Kansas, north Texas and western Arkansas. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, operations, and strategy by leveraging data to inform decision-making across in-line and pipeline products. This individual will partner closely with the Field Payer Team, Pricing & Contracting, Patient Services, Commercial Operations, and IT to deliver actionable insights, enhance reporting infrastructure, and ensure data-driven execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a nimble, mission-driven environment and is passionate about improving outcomes for patients with unmet medical needs. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Analyze payer coverage, reimbursement, and policy dynamics across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid channels. </li><li>Assess access barriers (e.g., prior authorizations, step edits, denials) and quantify impact to patient access. </li><li>Generate insights from claims, hub, and patient services data to identify trends in utilization and adherence. </li><li>Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, approval rates, and therapy persistence. </li><li>Develop and deliver recurring insights to inform Patient Access strategy and leadership decision-making. </li><li>Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders. </li><li>Identify risks and opportunities related to payer performance and patient access. </li><li>Own and evolve dashboards supporting payer performance, field reimbursement, and patient access. </li><li>Partner with IT and data engineering teams to enhance reporting capabilities, automation, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for external data vendors (e.g., claims aggregators, data providers) </li><li>Support payer contracting strategy through data-driven insights and scenario analyses. </li><li>Evaluate impact of payer agreements on access, utilization, and financial performance. </li><li>Partner with Pricing & Contracting to inform decision-making for both in-line and pipeline products. </li><li>Contribute to business planning cycles, including quarterly reviews and long-range planning and act as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders </li><li>Lead multiple analytical projects by implementing solutions, ensuring progress per timelines and scope, and coordinating readout of results. </li><li>Demonstrate strong biopharma understanding and business intelligence to present data to get a clear understanding of our current performance and trends across multiple perspectives. </li><li>Demonstrate attention to detail, validating and verifying data for accuracy and completeness prior to publishing materials to business stakeholders. Communicate and work with team members to mitigate data variances or challenges should they occur. </li><li>Ensure all reporting and analytics activities are conducted in accordance with ethical compliance guidelines. </li></ul>Education/Experience Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required. Masters / MBA preferred.
