Facilitates the development and maintenance of data collection, leveraging existing data to identify gaps and recommends areas of focus for quality improvement activities.</div></div></li></ul></li><li><div></div></li><li><div><strong>EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS</strong></div><ul><li style="list-style-type:decimal"><div><div>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field required (e.g. healthcare administration, statistics, data analytics, public health, or a related field). You will maintain operations excellence and HPT scorecards, analyze leading indicators, track certification and training metrics, and translate data into actionable insights for plant leadership. This is a hands‑on, plant‑based role that blends operational analytics with on‑floor facilitation—without direct people management.</p><p><b>How you will do it</b></p><ul><li>Track and trend Plant KPI leading indicators, job certification status, training completion, and HPT performance.</li><li>Prepare monthly analytical summaries highlighting trends, gaps, and recommendations for plant leadership.</li><li>Own development and maintenance of HPT scorecards and performance metrics.</li><li>Drive development of HPT action plans that align with plant objectives and measurable team‑level KPIs.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all Operations Excellence and HPT‑related data.</li><li>Use data to enable continuous improvement of HPT maturity and ongoing effectiveness</li><li>Coordinate recognition using objective performance data.</li><li>Ensure team and leadership monthly result monthly results meetings occur and rive measurable outcomes.</li></ul><p><b>What we look for</b></p><p><b>Required</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, or analyzing operational metrics, scorecards, or performance dashboards in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into clear recommendations.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Business, EHS, HR, or a related discipline with demonstrated analytical work.</li></ul><p><b>This role is a strong fit for candidates with backgrounds in:</b></p><ul><li>Manufacturing and operations analytics, or continuous improvement</li><li>Data analysts or tech operations transitioning into people forward manufacturing</li><li>Maintenance planning, EHS, or quality roles with strong metrics ownership</li></ul><p><b>What we do here</b></p><p>Our fully integrated plant in Canby, Oregon, manufactures batteries for cars, boats, motorcycles, and heavy-duty trucks—and just recently had its 50th year of operation.
