We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing medical device manufacturer where you'll play a key role in advancing manufacturing technology and driving operational excellence What You'll Do:Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for multi-axis milling, turning, Swiss machining, and grindingCreate and maintain CAD/CAM programs using Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Siemens NXSupport new product introductions (NPI) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiativesImprove productivity through lean manufacturing, automation, tooling, and fixture designTroubleshoot complex machining challenges and mentor technicians and programmersCollaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and customers to deliver world-class manufacturing solutions What We're Looking For: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering (or equivalent CNC experience) 3+ years of CNC Manufacturing Engineering experience (or equivalent experience) Strong CAD/CAM programming experience (Mastercam, Siemens NX, or SolidWorks preferred) Experience with Fanuc controls, GD&T, blueprint reading, tooling, and fixture design Hands-on machining and process development experience Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement mindset Why Join Us?
