Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, industrial) preferred; or 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing knowledge in converting, nonwovens, hot melt adhesives, or recycling highly desired.
