Highly proficient with the Microsoft Professional Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, and Project; well developed written and oral communication skills; ability to assess established maintenance/business processes, identify/document maintenance/business process problems and recommend maintenance/business process improvement initiatives; strong team building skills and ability to develop and maintain a highly integrated network of team members required to successfully execute the PMA-275 mission. Knowledge of the following areas is highly desirable: a) Life Cycle Sustainment Planning, roles and responsibilities; b) Product Support / Integrated Logistics Support Requirements; c) Navy / Marine Corps / Air Force Command Mission Requirements; d) NAVAIR Sustainment Group Charter and Goals; e) In-service sustainment activity roles and responsibilities and f) Data analytics and Tableau software.
