The RPM works with all levels of the organization in facilitating and coordinating cross-functional teams through all phases, including providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources; analyzing information, planning, prioritizing and evaluating results to choose the best solution and resolve challenges, including facilitating the different phases of the program (outreach, recruiting, selection, onboarding, program coordination and management). The Residency Program Manager position manages all administrative, educational, and clinical aspects of residency training, including supporting the implementation of a comprehensive Family Medicine specialty schedule, educational curriculum, organizing and facilitating meetings and conferences, reports, didactic sessions, simulations, and recorded lectures.
