The position will oversee safety activities across multiple project sites, provide technical direction to Site Safety and Health Officers (SSHOs), review and approve safety documentation, oversee accident and mishap investigations, and ensure compliance with applicable USACE, OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, and other federal safety requirements. The employee must be able to enter and inspect construction, demolition, and abatement work areas, wear required PPE, walk construction sites, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain as required.
