Lead the installation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and validation of complex electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring harnesses, batteries, cooling systems, steering, drivetrain components, pumps, controls, and other integrated boat systems. Monitor daily production progress, remove technical blockers, escalate risks appropriately, and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure production schedules and delivery commitments are achieved.
