While performing duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk for long periods at a time, sit, use of hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, or smell. The individual will provide direct administrative support to the Task Order Manager and the subordinate staff as required, and will prepare reports, summaries and, and replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, other offices, etc.
