You will serve as a central liaison between internal departments and the counterparty, ensuring accurate information flow, preparing closing packages, driving timely review and preparation of deliverables, and supporting the orderly transition of assets to internal operations post-closing. Coordinate with Accounting, Land, Land Administration, Regulatory, and Operations to execute a smooth transition, including change-of-operator filings, ownership and production reporting updates, vendor onboarding, accounting setup, and facility integration.
