The HR Analyst - Workforce Development & Adjunct Faculty Support provides professional Human Resources support for workforce development initiatives and the recruitment, appointment, onboarding, administration, and ongoing support of the Community College Workforce Alliance (CCWA) and adjunct faculty, part-time faculty and wage/hourly positions, as well as processing tasks for work study personnel, in addition to other contingent instructional personnel. The Workforce Development & Adjunct Faculty Support HR Analyst coordinates and monitors employment processes to ensure that CCWA, adjunct faculty and workforce personnel are appropriately appointed, credentialed, onboarded, documented, and supported in accordance with CCEA, college, VCCS, DHRM, and applicable regulatory requirements.
