If you are currently pursuing a real estate license, we encourage you to apply!Compensation:$60,000 – $100,000+ On-Target Earnings Responsibilities:<ul><li>Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs</li><li>Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met</li><li>Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads</li><li>Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads</li><li>Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions</li></ul><ul><li>Respond to inbound leads and inquiries</li><li>Qualify buyers and sellers</li><li>Set appointments for real estate agents</li><li>Follow up via calls, text, and email</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the CRM system</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license</li><li>Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position</li><li>Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car</li></ul><ul><li>Licensed real estate agents who enjoy talking to people</li><li>Strong communicators who can build trust quickly</li><li>Individuals who are consistent with follow-up</li><li>People who want a stable income and growth opportunity</li><li>Coachable individuals who can follow a proven system</li></ul> About Company <ul><li>Backed by our "Go Serve Big" mission statement, Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty strives to be the best place to work, buy, and sell real estate guaranteed.</li><li>Our "Go Serve Big" mission is a give-back, pay-it-forward approach for our agents and their clients.
