As the Plant Procurement Manager, you will lead the procurement team supporting the Norwood Motor Factory and play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted production through effective materials management, supplier performance, and operational purchasing execution. Working closely with Commodity Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you will drive procurement performance through effective planning, supplier management, process improvement, and team development.
