Teach new skills identified in the individual program plan (IPP) including but not limited to self-help, communication, gross motor, fine motor, vocational, employment, cognitive skills, social-emotional skills, health and community access. ECF holds the right to modify the terms of employment, including but not limited to, job descriptions, duties, schedules, compensation, work locations, procedures, guidelines, practices or employee benefit programs with or without advance notice.
