Position Overview The Selective Demolition Crew Lead is responsible for: <ul><li>Leading a demolition crew on residential and commercial job sites</li><li>Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule</li><li>Acting as the primary on-site point of contact for project managers and clients</li><li>Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites</li><li>Enforcing company systems and safety procedures </li></ul>This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and sets the standard on site. This role is physically demanding and fast-paced, focused on interior and structural demolition projects across residential and commercial job sites. This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must be confident operating independently on active demolition sites. Demolition Technician - Restoration The Demolition Technician position is a career in property damage restoration industry, primarily responsible for responding to emergency and property damaging situations.
